AWAKENING CREATES A WHOLE NEW BASELINE OF REALITY.

Awakening naturally creates surging influxes of energetic activity in your body that smoothes our your understanding of yourself and your play in the universe.

If you repress it, your body doesn’t forget.

And then when the mysterious force of the universe graces you with new levels of consciousness in the form of some kind of awakening, she shakes your body up (figuratively or literally or both) and all the repressed energies come to the surface.

All the things you didn’t want to feel or look at … are now in your face. On top of that, you might have another layer of energetic intensity and sensitivity that wasn’t there before which just amplifies your whole experience.

Your inner world becomes the domain that you must tend to, and that inner reality starts to ripple into your external world.

Your external world starts to be carved farther and farther away from the prescribed conditioning and boxes and societal norms because of your newfound relationship to it. You are in the world and not of it.

And then you learn lots of lessons along the way when your inner world transforms into a brighter, louder, multi-layered, aware and sensitive place. A place that feels the unseen interconnected realms and new timelines of possibility.

It’s a wild ride. She comes when you’re ready. Know she never gives you anything that you aren’t prepared to learn how to hold. And the right people, books and tools come along at the perfect times.

Trust this. And be with the repressed energies with compassion, trust and tenderness.

You are meant to be fully expressed in your wholeness.
